Some cupcakes special for you! You need: 250 creamy butter, 3 tsp sour cream, 1,5 glass of sugar, 3 glass of flour, 5 eggs, some milk, 1 tsp powder for baking, plant oil, salt. How this is done?
1. In a large bowl sift flour. Add salt and powder for baking.
2. In another bowl mix the soft butter and sour cream. Bit mixer until a homogeneous mass. Add mixed eggs with the sugar. Mix well dough, it should be thick.
3. Pour some milk. Mix. Add flour. Mix... again :) You can add to the dough raisins, nuts, sesame seed, etc.
4. Grease the forms for cupcakes with plant oil. Spread the dough on the forms. Put it in oven for 45 min. (cupcakes will be ready when have become nicely caramelised).
